Who We're For
Redwood Horizon is for people facing barriers to stability who need practical, community-based support to move forward. Some people come to us with one urgent need, such as housing, behavioral health support, re-entry, benefits access, or connection to care. Others are navigating several systems at once and need coordinated wraparound support.
